Has it really been 11 years, old friend?

That's me. All nine of them (there may even have been others I don't recall). Look around this current account's page. Not much to it right now, is there? However, I've been a "veteran" of deviantART for over a decade, and there's quite a bit of history and memories within those accounts you see above. I hope to not only create new history and memories now, with this current account, but also to recount my own artistic history, here in the journal. How, exactly, I'll go about that is yet to be decided, but I plan to have some fun with it.
It's weird to think that it all started on a dial-up connection in 2003, when my old friend and roommate triptychr recommended the site to me. All I wanted to do was write abstract poetry and have people see it. And here I am now: a graphic designer wanting to share my art with the community once again. The terrain's familiar and I've begrudgingly matured a tiny bit; but your faces are all very different: numerous thousands are brand-new to me, and the many I know have aged or even gone away. As of my writing this, there is one lone comment on my dA page; the first comment. The person whom that account belongs to has passed away some time ago. (Here's to you, Robbie.)
That's time for you. So remember to make sure yours is a good time.
